The ship is designed for the Asian cruise market and has a large number of restaurants and specially designed cabins. The vessel has overall length of 335.30 m, beam of 39.70 m, depth of 11.40 m and maximum summer draft of 8.30 m. Genting Dream has deadweight of 10,000 DWT, gross tonnage of 150,695 GRT and net tonnage of 131,653 NT. With such dimensions and tonnage the vessel has capacity to carry 3,352 passengers in 1,674 cabins, who are served by 1,999 crew members. The vessel has large public areas and really comfortable staterooms, which all have authentic Asian hospitality, providing great experience on board for all the guests.




The cruise ship Genting Dream is equipped with environmentally friendly and highly reliable marine engines, which have improved efficiency and economy. The main engines are two MAN B&W 12V48/60CR and two MAN B&W 16V48/6, having total output power of 83,700 hp. The power is transmitted to the two diesel-electric Azimuth pod drives, which allow operating with service speed of 21.0 kts. The cruise ship features with improved hydrodynamics as well as numerous energy saving measures, heat recovery or ballast water cleaning all contribute to an ecological cruise experience. Furthermore, on Genting Dream the first MRT (magnet resonance tomography) onboard of a cruise ship is installed.
